Country music fans were shocked when pop star Beyoncé made a special appearance at the 50th annual Country Music Awards. Though Beyoncé isn’t the most obvious fit for the CMAs, she blew people away with her performance of the country-tinged “Daddy Lessons,” from her most recent album. With her rabid fan-base, Bey attracted a huge audience for the awards show, giving them their highest ratings in 50 years, for about 5 minutes.

Though country music has a large audience, the CMAs have never been able to equal the numbers of more mainstream awards shows. But from 8:47pm to 8:52pm, the CMAs ratings increased by a staggering 6,000%.

As soon as the performance was over, ratings immediately plunged even lower than earlier in the evening. This is likely because after watching Beyoncé, everything else pales in comparison, so what’s the point?

The CMA’s producers are now seriously considering making next year’s ceremony a Beyoncé concert with small breaks between songs to give out awards.

Also, The Dixie Chicks were there!

Beyonce literally stole the show! When Beyonce took the stage, there was no doubt that she would be the talk of the night. Beyonce performed her country song, Daddy Lessons, from her latest album, Lemonade. She took the stage with Dixie Chicks, whom have made the song part of their setlist for their latest tour. Performing a new rendition of the song, by making it a duet, all that we can say is, WOW! Check out the performance and photos below.

After getting off the stage, Beyonce & the Dixie Chicks released their duet rendition of Daddy Lessons. Listen now!

Beyonce and Jay Z sit in the stands while attending the second round, Day 4, of the Women’s Singles match at the 2016 U.S. Open today at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City. Check out the photos in the gallery.

We also added more photos of The Carters in New York yesterday, as Beyonce taught Blue how to walk the dog on a leash.

After a much publicized performance, Beyonce and Blue did a little retail therapy. They were spotted leaving Bergdorf and Goodman in NYC earlier today. All I can say….Blue Blue is sooooo freaking cute!!!

What a night?! Beyoncé came through and shut shit down. Not only did she bring the Formation World Tour to the award show stage, she won 8 of her 11 award nomination.

The night started with Beyoncé hitting the “red carpet” with Princess Blue Ivy, and later the mothers of police brutality victims. It was truly a beautiful sight!

Beyoncé went on to win her 8 awards, which include:

Best Female Video – Hold Up
Best Pop Video – Formation
Best Choreography – Formation
Best Cinematography – Formation
Best Editing – Formation
Best Direction – Formation
Breakthrough Longform Video – LEMONADE
VIDEO OF THE YEAR – Formation

With these awards, Beyonce becomes the most awarded woman in VMA history.

In the latest episode of Carpool Karaoke, the First Lady of the United States of America takes a spin. She sings songs by some of her favorite artists, which include Stevie Wonder, Beyonce, and Missy Elliott. I really don’t think we understand what type of golden age we are living in. How many First Ladies take a spin on TV singing pop music?

Beyonce’s Formation World Tour has touched down in Milan, and she rocked it! Not only did she put on an amazing show, but the BeyHive showed up and showed her how much they were in formation also. Beyonce was also spotted shopping at Via Montenapoleone. She was spotted in stores like Cavalli and Gucci. Check out the photos and video below.
