Singer Beyonce broke into laughter as she admitted that she isnt able to stick to a 100% plant based diet that she thought was so good that she invested in it!
The singer partnered up with exercise physiologist and dietician Marco Borges to launch a Plant Based Diet business venture after trying it on herself.
Looking make-up free and bright faced, Beyonce said: "I remember being on so many diets and Marco coming up with really creative ways to help me with my diet so i didn't feel like i was depriving myself"
She then added: "Whether or not you have aspirations of a diet that is 100% plant based, because i cant do it (she said whilst bursting out laughing), just eating more vegetables and figuring out a better way to incorporate vegetables for 22 days you'll be so surprised at your journey"
Beyonce bought into it and partnered with Marco Borges to launch the
plant based business venture that includes a meal delivery service as well as publishing a book called The 22-Day Revolution
Borges said: "Its not about perfection, its about progression"
